1 package (32 ounces) tater tots
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can (? ounces) sloppy joe sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
While tots are cooking use a large skillet to brown beef
with the onion and garlic. Drain beef
Add remaining ingredients except cheese and mix well. Pour
beef mixture over hot tater tots; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake an additional 15 minutes or until mixture is hot and cheese is melted.
