Ranchy Twiced Baked Potatoes
4 baked potatoes
1/4 cup sour cream
1 packet Ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
Sliced green onions and/or crisp bacon pieces
Prick potatoes in several places with a fork
Bake at 400° oven until tender, about 1 hour.
Remove, cool slightly, and cut in halves lengthwise.
Scoop potato out of skins; combine potatoes with sour cream and
salad dressing & seasoning mix. Fill skins with mixture. Sprinkle with
cheese. Bake at 375°F. for 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Garnish with green onions and/or bacon bits.
