Dried Beed Cheese Ball

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
6 green onions, minced
1 cup onion, minced
4 cups sharp chedar cheese, shreded
5 ounces (one jar) dried beef, chopped fine
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish(optional)
2 cups finely chopped walnuts


Place cream cheese in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix until cream cheese is soft. Mix in onions, green onions, chedar cheese, dried beef, Worcestershire sauce or horseradish.

Form the mixture into two balls and wrap in saran wrap. Roll in chives, parsley, chopped nuts, etc. Cover the bowl and refrigerate 2 hours or more.

When ready to serve, roll the cheese ball in the nuts and serve with assorted crackers..
