Crunchy Garlic Soup Mix Fries
1 envelope herb and garlic soup mix
1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
2 pounds large red or all-purpose potatoes, cut lengthwise into wedges
1/3 cup olive oil or butter
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In large bowl, blend soup mix with bread crumbs.
Dip potatoes in butter or olive oil, then soup mixture, until evenly coated.
On a grease sheet pan, arrange potatoes in a single layer
Bake uncovered 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
