Chinese Cabbage Salad

1 head of Green Cabbage
6 whole green onions
1 package Chicken Ramen noodles
1 1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup butter

1/2 Cup Oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup sesame seed oil - ( or other oil )
salt & pepper

Smash Ramen in its bag.
Brown it together with sesame seeds and almonds in the butter.
Add ramen flavor package at the end. Let mixture cool.

Chop cabbage & onions. Put greens in a separate bowl,
Mix dressing in a third bowl.

It is best to mix all three together Just before serving,
so everything is still crunchy. Salad doesn’t stay crunchy more than a day. Enjoy!
