6 boneless chicken breasts
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Little salt
1/4 c. butter
6 c. water

Boil chicken. Save the broth. Cool and cube chicken. Set aside. (If possible, use processor to mix dough.) Mix flour, salt and butter together. Slowly add milk to flour mixture. Blend well. This dough will be thick. Roll out THINLY on well floured board. Cut into squares with pizza cutter. Drop each square single into water and broth (this keeps the dumplins' from sticking together). Cook the dumplins' and chicken together for 15 to 20 minutes.

1 chicken, cooked and diced
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter

Spread chicken on bottom of baking dish. Mix broth and soup; pour over chicken. Mix Bisquick and milk; pour on top. Melt butter and drizzle on top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
