Broccoli, Ham & Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf

2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. A-1 steak sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs or until desired consistency

Stuffing:
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1/4 lb. Virginia ham, finely sliced
1/4 lb. Provolone cheese or Monterey Jack, Cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

Topping:
5 slices bacon
ketchup
bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients. Place large strip of aluminum foil on counter. Spread meat mixture on foil and shape into long rectangle about 3/4 inch thick. Arrange cheese slices on meat mixture, leaving a 1-inch border. Top with broccoli and ham. Lift one edge of foil and roll meat mixture in shape of jelly roll. Place in oven-proof baking dish. Top with bacon lengthwise and dash of ketchup. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 90 minutes.
